Because we are based in the beautiful California northern Central Valley near San Francisco and Napa / Sonoma area, shipping is deadlines are Pacific Standard Time.
We use UPS as our shipping service and shipping charges cover the costs incurred to process, prepare, and transport your order and related customer service. Shipping and processing is calculated using the regular price of merchandise before tax is applied.
If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.) please add an additional 1 to 2 days to the estimated delivery date of your order.
You may return new, unopened items sold and processed by Basket Caravan within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error otherwise you would be responsible for return shipping costs.
